About Your Team

Danny R.

I have been working in the dental field for over 27 years and I am absolutely passionate about what I do every day at Colonial Drive Family Dentistry. I enjoy creating a relaxing atmosphere for our patients, and seeing them feel comfortable in the dental chair always puts a smile on my face! During my personal time, I am an avid cyclist.

Ashanti R.

Hi! I’m Ashanti. My passion in dentistry derives from being able to explore all aspects of the field. Being in an environment that is constantly growing and striving to provide optimal patient care drives me to be the best dental assistant I can be. When I joined this team, I truly found my place within my work family. I couldn’t imagine creating smiles and changing lives without this amazing team by my side.

Lowella G.

I graduated from Sanford Brown Institute in 2012 and joined Dr. Dorsey’s team in March 2015. I enjoy making each patient's experience a pleasant and happy one. We want you to have the most beautiful smile that you’ve dreamed of and I will do my very best to assist you in any way I can to make this happen.

Crystal W.

A part of our mission statement at Colonial Drive Family Dentistry is to “care for our patients in the most compassionate and comprehensive way.” That small but powerful portion of the statement encapsulates our commitment to treat every patient like family. I love knowing that we contribute to a healthier life and smile for every person we treat.

Chani L.

I find true joy in being a part of each patient’s dental journey. When not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, practicing yoga, and writing poetry.

Freddie P.

My name is Freddie and I’ve enjoyed being a dental assistant for over fourteen years. For me, the best part of dental work is the artistry that goes into giving someone a smile they can truly be proud of. In my free time I enjoy doing makeup and you can see me express my artistry on YouTube.

Julie M.

As the Scheduling Coordinator I am a part of an amazing team that schedules patients and watches their journey to beautiful smiles that are simply out of this world. I still find it amazing to watch new smiles change lives! I am a mother of four outstanding young adults who are my joy. Most Saturdays you will find us on a beach and most Sundays you will find us at church. I find peace and rest in both places.

Brittany B.

With over eight years of experience in both the clinical and business aspects of dentistry, I’ve enjoyed helping patients achieve the smiles they've always wanted. In my spare time I enjoy arts and crafts and most of all, I love spending time with my daughter.

Juan R.

I am an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant and I have been working in the dental field for over twenty-eight years. I received my training in the U.S. Army at the Academy of Health Science at Ft. Sam Houston, Texas and my Associate's Degree in Applied Science at Georgia Military College. In my daily role as a Dental Assistant, I particularly enjoy working to improve the lives of my patients. During my spare time, I enjoy going to the gym, watching football, and spending time with my family.

Ja'Mel R.

After proudly serving our country in the US Army for twelve years, I attended Tallahassee Community College where I received my Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2011. Since then, I have been working as one of the leading Registered Dental Hygienists at Colonial Drive Family Dentistry. I genuinely love my job and I take particular interest in my patients' comfort during their visit as well as their overall oral health. In my free time, I also enjoy hiking and cycling.

Julia O.

I completed Dental Hygiene school in 2013 and became a part of Colonial Drive Family Dentistry as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 2014. I am dedicated to continuing my education and have gained my certification in the administration of local anesthesia. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and our two dogs, as well as reading and decorating my new home.

Natalie N.

My passion for providing world-class customer service to our patients started ten years ago. After receiving my Bachelor's Degree in Health Services Administration, I knew my purpose was to support our doctors and dental team as they increase the overall health of our community through innovative research and development. As Practice Manager of Operations, my mission is to bridge the gap between our team, patients, and the community. In my free time, I love being a mother to my 2-year-old son and 4-year-old daughter. We enjoy going to the beach and playing in the sand!

Lindsey G.

I am a Practice Manager of Operations with over six years of dental experience. I love supporting the daily operation of our practice and my greatest passion is partnering with each and every team member so they can achieve their greatest potential and provide a truly exceptional patient experience. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time on the water with my husband and children.
